I know some people swear by them..my vote is still out on it. It's pretty much a 50/50 split. I have had great success on some, and bored out of my mind on others!
What do you think makes the difference?? I say LOCATION. Why? because i do the same prep work for them all. Flyer day/days before, post a video on YOUTUBE and facebook..TWITTER about it...and still, some are busy while others are dead...What have I learned?? I have learned that you must CHOOSE your area of O.H. cluster homes do poorly as far as open houses are concerned. The other factor in success is TIME.Choose wisely WHEN you hold these homes open...timing is everything!
Personally, I feel the BEST form of PR is your mouth...Talk to people!! dont be shy! SMILE at people!
it makes them feel good, it makes them WANT to talk to you.
So..get out there, smile, say HI, HOW ARE YOU TODAY?? and mean it...CARE about -people! not just transactions!
